Der Aufenthalt im Almhof Family Resort war echt echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist traumhaft und vor allem das Angebot für Familien ist vielseitig. Außerdem war das Personal immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Das ganze Hotel ist modern, sauber und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir haben diese Woche im Almhof Familienresort verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Alles war perfekt organisiert und ganz auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Unsere Kinder hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, und wir konnten uns richtig entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Een fantastisch hotel voor gezinnen waar alles klopt. Ik heb als ouder nog nooit zo’n ontspannen en leuke vakantie gehad. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

The overall service and infrastructure are very well organized, with a ski school conveniently located on site and seamless access to the ski area via a complimentary shuttle service.

מלון מקסים, מוגדר כ-4 כוכבים, אבל מתנהל היטב.
*מבחינת מיקום, ממוקם היטב, עם אוטובוס חופשי להר, ללא תשלום המגיע כל 15 דק.
*בי“ס לסקי שממוקם ממש ליד המלון עם מדריכים מקצועיים.
המתקדמים, עולים להר ושם יש מדריכים נוספים. במסגרת זו התלמידים הגולשים, בצהריים מקבלים בהר ארוחת צהריים ולא צריכים לחזור למלון.
* חדרים נוחים עם חימום, הגודל בהתאם להזמנה, כמובן.
*שירות מעולה, אומנם אין שירות לילה, אבל תמיד מביאים לך במהירות כל מה שצריך.
*ארוחות , הכל כלול, בקלות אפשר לחזור עם מספר ק“ג עודפים. יש 4 ארוחות: בוקר, צהריים, אחה“צ וערב. בארוחת הערב יש מזנון חופשי וגם הזמנה אישית. תמיד יש מכונות קפה ושתייה באופן חופשי, ותמיד יש ארוחות שמתאימות לילדים. רעבים,לא יוצאים משם.
*פעילויות:מעבר לסקי ולביס לסקי, יש בריכה עם מגלשה וג’קוזי.יש לילדים הרבה מתקנים: קיר טיפוס, ג’מבורי ועוד.בקיצור, ממליצה מכל הלב.

מלון שהוא גן עדן לילדים והורים. מאפשר לילדים ללמוד סקי מ 9 עד 4 , ולאחר מכן (עד לארוחת הערב ומאוחר יותר) להנות ממתקני המלון אולם קפציות, פרק מים, בריכות שחיה מסוגים שונים ולמגוון גילאים. אזור מזחלות, בעלי חיים ועוד ועוד.
דואגים לאוכל סביב לשעות מהבוקר ועד הלילה.
מתקן לימוד ראשוני של סקי לילדים נמצא ממש בסמוך למלון.
חנות השכרת ציוד סקי נמצאת במרחק הליכה קצר.
אתר הסקי לילדים מעבר לשלב הראשוני ולמבוגרים נמצא במרחק 3 ק“מ. יש שרות אוטובוס חינמי שיוצא בכל כיוון כל 15 דקות.
בתקופה שהם מבטיחים שיהיה שלג, אתם תגיעו ויהיה שלג ויהיו שעורי סקי – דבר חשוב מאוד
שרות טוב ומסור של צוות העובדים.
החיסרון העיקרי שמצאתי, שהאוכל למבוגרים הוא פחות איכותי, במיוחד עבור משפחתי, שאיננו אוכלים בשר חזיר. אני רגיל לרמת קולינריה מאוד גבוהה במלונות בטירול שמיועדים למבוגרים שבהם ביקרנו.
בסך הכל הציון שנתתי נותן את השורה התחתונה.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Familienhotel Almhof in Gerlos im Zillertal. Extrem kinderfreundlich, liebevoll gestaltet, mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal und ausgezeichneter Gourmetküche. Unsere Tochter hat den Skikurs für Dreijährige direkt beim Hotel besucht – perfekt organisiert und ideal für kleine Anfänger.
Die Kinderbetreuung hat uns besonders beeindruckt: absolut spontan nutzbar, jederzeit bringen und abholen, und inklusive Mittags- und Abendessen im Kinderbereich. Das Team ist unglaublich einfühlsam und ist hervorragend auf unser Kind eingegangen.
Auch das Wellnessangebot war hervorragend: Der Wellness-Turm ist ein echtes Highlight, die Massage war ausgezeichnet und insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr hochwertiges, stimmiges Erholungsangebot.

This is an amazing kinderhotel and I’ll happily suggest it to anyone. Our family has been to several kinderhotels and this is the only one that I can say I would return to, and that is a statement as we live nearly 4.5 hours by car from here.
The layout of this property is excellent and the hotel has a variety of activities for children of all ages. The Almiopolis is a large barn that is actually an amazing play/climbing structure inside. There are really too many activities for me to list! There are bikes and helmets available to rent as well as games and books you can borrow. There is no additional cost for the games in the game rooms.
We visited in the fall when the weather was cool but good enough to still be outdoors. The family pools were the perfect temperature. The adults only areas were great with plenty of areas to relax in peace. Adult spa options include a textile sauna as well as a non textile area. There is a full menu of massage and pedicure services available.
This property is well taken care of inside and out, very clean everywhere to the point it seems like everything is new. The buffet options (especially breakfast) were excellent. You can order from a menu for dinner, and it seems sometimes those options are available the next day for lunch on the buffet.
There’s several kid club areas, however we did not take advantage of these programs as my child is 11 and aged out of such programs a few years ago and prefers to do his own thing (plus he is primarily an English speaker so finding other kids who do the same is difficult).
The only complaint I could come up with is the beds/pillows, all of which were really too soft for me to sleep well, but such things are personal preference.
Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and willing to answer questions. We didn’t have any issues while here. We were throughly impressed with this property, and that is saying a lot.

Wir waren im August für ein paar Tage im Almhof , die Begrüßung war extrem freundlich und herzlich , sodass wir uns sofort sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben .
Die komplette Hotelanlage ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt .
Der Service war in ALLEN Bereichen TOP und sehr zuvorkommend .
Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder …

Wer nach einem Hotel sucht, wo Familienfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben wird, der wird hier fündig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir kommen wieder! LG Sophie Gregoire
